2. In conformity with the provision § 1837 item j) of the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, no right of withdrawal from the accommodation contract shall arise for the accommodated person as being a consumer as long as the accommodation facility provides the contractual performances within the designated deadlines.

According to the Act on the Registration of Sales, sellers are obliged to issue a sales receipt to buyers. They are also required to send a data message about the sale online to the tax authority; in the case of technical difficulties, the period for registering is extended by a maximum of 48 hours. The tax payer then registers the sale at the given business premises in the normal regime.
