The Thuringian Forest Nature Park is full of hiking and biking trails, but exercise lovers will also find the nearby city park ideal for jogging, Nordic walking or simply going for a stroll. If you don’t feel like going outside for your daily exercise programme, the fitness area on the sixth floor is a good tip. Here you will find state-of-the-art cardio and weight equipment, a Finnish sauna, a quiet area and rooftop terrace. For an extra dose of rest and relaxation, perhaps after a strenuous bike ride or a focused meeting, just book a massage.
